I would never ever bring my car no where else, they are very professional, honest, and mechanicaly inclined, they would keep you up to date with all your repairs, and will fix it in a timely manner.

I had an amazing experience with this shop. They fixed my BMW faster, more professionally, and with better communication than the dealership ever did. The dealer kept giving me the runaround and charging high prices without actually solving the issue, but this team diagnosed the problem correctly and got everything repaired the right way the first time. They were honest, knowledgeable, and clearly know BMWs inside and out. The car drives perfect now, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. You can tell they actually care about their customers instead of just trying to upsell unnecessary work.

In town for a week, and needed new brakes on my Audi. Called Carr Industries, and spoke with a very helpful fellow (Tom?) on the phone who quickly gave me a full and accurate quote for parts and labor. The high end of the quote was quite reasonable, and they got me in and done the same day. I asked them to check out an issue another shop had flagged (and given me an exorbitant quote to fix), and they couldn’t find an issue. Go figure. 😏 The shop was thorough, transparent, honest, professional, and pleasant. No upsell, no bs, just quality car care with a smile. 10/10 would recommend checking them out for your Audi maintenance needs!

Tom is my trusted expert for all things mechanical on my BMW. Even as the owner of a successful automotive shop, he remains hands-on, working alongside his team every day. His approach to leadership is defined not just by what he’s built but by how he treats those around him. He operates with humility, inclusivity, and genuine care. Tom gives each person his full attention, creating an experience that feels personal and valued. Consistently accommodating and unfailingly positive, I see no reason to take my business anywhere else.
